All defensemen clinics are open to all ages + skill level and will include:
Skating Skills

Pivots 90/90, transitions, technical footwork all backwards
Stick Handling Skills for Defenseman

Under-handling, ready position, punching pucks, ticks, pop passing, puck protection
Shooting

Changing the angle, walking the blue line. Shooting off the pass. Two touch shooting. Catch release. Onetime positioning.
Defensive tactics

Dzone positioning, how to end plays, break outs, regroups. Read & react options in the dzone.

Checking / on the board / open ice / net front / stick details
Offensive Tactics

Blue line options / cycle options / powerplay details

Transition offense / breakout play for offensive defenseman.
